Tara (tara) founded FrederickMommies.com in February of 2006. Tara has always been a "people-person" and loves to make new friends. She has been married to Phil, the love of her life, for over 10 yrs now and couldn't imagine spending her life with anyone else! Tara is a stay-at-home mom who is always on the go. She has two wonderful girls: Kayla is thirteen and Tara calls her "mini-me" -- she has such a kind soul, loves to experience life and make new friends. Tara's youngest is Monica and she is six. Monica is outgoing and full of life, truly a sweet and loving little girl. Tara is also a homeschooling momma and loves every minute of that as well. Tara resigned as Site Administrator in August of 2008 when her family moved away. She is still active on FrederickMommies but missed dearly by her friends and fellow members!
Becky, Co-Site Administrator

Becky (scrapbookmommy) is a 30 year old SAHM and wife to Dan of 11 years. They have one son, Landon who was born in July 2005 and welcomed their daughter, Maden in August 2007. Becky was born and raised in the DC area and lived in Montgomery County up until 2004 when she and her husband moved to Frederick. She joined the site in October of 2006, not long after her son's first birthday and hasn't looked back since. She got involved in the management team first as the User Group Manager and then eventually the Assistant Site Administrator. In August 2008 when Tara (the founder and SA) moved away, Becky transitioned into the Site Administrator role . Besides hanging out on FrederickMommies, Becky enjoys most crafts, but is especially interested in scrapbooking. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends whenever possible and getting out with the other mommies of FM when the chances arise. Becky is constantly amazed at the power of FrederickMommies and the friends that she has made.
Elizabeth, Co-Site Administrator

Elizabeth is 30 and has been happily married since 2001 to her best friend and wonderful father Matt. She has a son named Andrew, born in December 2007, who keeps her on her toes and is about to have her running. Aside from being "Momma" Elizabeth is the full-time CEO of her home and part-time Certified Activity Director. After moving to Columbia, MD in 2001 she moved to Frederick, MD in August of 2007 when Matt started a new job. They love living in the area. Her hobbies include traveling, hiking camping, gardening, all kinds of crafts (especially scrapbooking), reading, and hanging out with friends.
Melinda, Assistant Site Administrator

Melinda (mrunyon) is a newly SAHM of 3 beautiful girls; Shayne who is 4 and Kayden who is 2 and Raegan (May 09). She is married to a wonderful loving father and husband; Craig. They moved from Montgomery County in 2001 to Frederick in hopes to fill a larger home. She loves to spend her free time out with friends, going to the pool, playing dress up with her girls, and even scrap booking. She joined FM in January 2007 and would be lost without it.
Lori, Charitable Events Co-Manager

Lori Broker (lorisue) is a work-at-home mom to three amazing teenagers, Luke, Katalina, and Alex, as well as twin boys Dylan and Darian, born in May of '08. She runs a licensed childcare/preschool program in her home, and is also a postpartum and labor support doula. Her wonderful husband Steven is the founder and site admin for www.FrederickDads.com. She moved to the Frederick area at the age of four, and except for a few years of high school, has lived here ever since. She and her family have lived in Walkersville for seven years, and can't imagine calling anywhere else home. In her spare time, Lori enjoys singing, writing, church, photography, and most recently became a scrapbooking addict! Lori joined FM just a few months after it was founded, and has really enjoyed the last few years of making great friends and attending large and small events with local moms and their children. She often wishes she had been part of a wonderful group of moms when her older children were small, and now, doesn't know how she'd survive without the friends she has made on FM!
Melinda G., Charitable Events Manager

Melinda (mnmgriffee) is 36 years old, was born in Chicago, lived for a short while in Puerto Rico, and then moved to and grew up in Maryland. Melinda graduated from Walter Johnson High School in Bethesda, MD and then married her High School sweetheart. The family moved to Frederick County in 1998 and has lived in the Woodsboro and Walkersville areas ever since. She and her husband Mark have four beautiful children together; Kyle, Bradley, Lilianna and Sabrina. Ranging from infant to teen, the children keep Melinda and Mark very busy with all of their activities! In addition to providing the primary care for the children, Melinda works part-time as an Administrative Assistant in the healthcare field. In her spare time, Melinda enjoys spending time participating in family activities and hobbies, including Scouting, Sports, Letterboxing and Scrapbooking!
Brandi, Events Manager

Brandi (BranBranMB) is the proud mother of two terrific boys, Brandon (4/9/02) and Ryan (8/20/07). Born in Pensacola Florida, her family moved to Derwood Maryland in 1985 and then to Frederick Maryland in 1992, when she was 9 years old. She met her future husband Matt, in 1999, while working at Super Fresh. They married in October 2006. Brandi currently works part time at The FMH Wellness Center in a "lead" position. During her free time she enjoys taking the boys to the park or any other adventure, going to "I Made This", playing board games, and just spending time with family and friends. Brandi only recently joined FM (Feb 2009), but has met so many wonderful people and can't wait to meet more!
Hillary, Hospitality Manager

Hillary is a stay-at-home-mom to one little girl, Abigael. She grew up in Poolesville, MD - a very small town in Montgomery County. When she was 18, she married her husband, Jim, who was in the United States Marine Corps for 5 years. They were stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC for 3 years and when Jim got out of the Marines, they moved back up to MD in 2005 where they bought a house. Abigael was born 3 years later, on April 30th, 2008. She is also mom to two very active mutts, Kylie and Cooper and two very sweet cats, Patches and Sammy.
Stephanie, Promotions Manager

Stephanie (mynameinaframe) married her wonderful DH, Mark, in 2001 and decided after a 10+ year career in TV/Film Production to take a break from the "rat race" and have a family. Stephanie havs been living in Walkersville since 2002 and welcomed their first blessing with Connor in 2003, Jordan in 2006 & Sean in 2008. Stephanie's days are busy with three crazy boys and a business from home, MyNameInAFrame.com as well as some marketing work for real estate and mortgage professionals.
Temple, User Group Manager

Temple (temple) is the mother of 2 precious boys, Vincent ( 2/4/04) and Christopher (6/25/06 ), and wife to her terrific husband, Marcello. She was born and raised in Maryland (Montgomery County) and has lived in Mt. Airy since 1998. Temple loves children and has her teaching degrees in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and Early Childhood Special Education. Currently, she is a Special Education teacher for the Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program 3 days/week. Temple enjoys spending time with her family and with the friends that she has met through FrederickMommies. Her hobbies also include scrapbooking, cross stitch, shopping, and hanging out with friends. She joined Frederick Mommies in July 2006.

Brittany (Britt) is 27 and happily married to Bobby, her sarcastic and loving husband. Together they have 2 beautiful baby girls; Ava Brielle (born Sept. '05) and Finley Maeve (born Jan. '08 ). Brittany graduated from the Philadelphia of Osteopathic Medicine in '06. While she is a physician assistant by trade, currently she is taking some time to explore the world of being a stay-at-home-mom. When not on FM (*gasp!*) she can be found cuddling her babes, reading them books, listening to music (and possibly dancing around the room), working out, drinking coffee (it must run through her veins), or enjoying the beautiful chaos that is an FM playdate!

Joy (evansmommy) is a 34 year old Montgomery County native who moved to Knoxville in 2005. She married her super handy and younger DH, Matt in June 2007 and they had their first born Evan in June 2008. Prior to becoming a SAHM she worked for the State of Maryland for 14 years, because of this change in her life she is greatful to be a part of FM. Joy enjoys traveling, baking and watching reality TV shows such as Survivor, Big Brother, Bachelor/ette and Millionaire Matchmaker.

Danielle (Smiles) is a 25 year old fun-loving chick living in Hagerstown. She married her husband, Craig, in the summer of 2007 after dating throughout college. In the summer of 2008 they were blessed with a gorgeous son, Miles Alexander. She is a busy SAHM and enjoys getting out to events. Her hobbies include traveling (especially the beach), shopping, being outside, playing with her dog, FM, and of course hanging out with the family.
Madigan, Washington County Moderator

Madigan (madigan) moved to Maryland two years ago, a reluctant transplant from Massachusetts. She credits FrederickMommies with helping her combat her homesickness! Madigan lives in Washington County with her husband, two sons, and daughter. In her spare time she enjoys reading, digital scrapbooking, and exploring Washington County.
Robyn, Moms On the Clock/Campus Moderator

Robyn moved from Dallas, Texas to Frederick 4 yrs ago. She is a part time student working on her general studies AA, and works part time as a massage therapist. She is also PTA President and a Girl Scout Assistant Leader. But first and foremost, she is a full time mom to two wonderful daughters 10 and 5 and a wife of 11 years to her wonderful husband.

Ginger (Chinadoll) is a SAHM to two children, Kathryn, who they welcomed into their lives from China in 2004, and Dominic, born in April 2008. She has been married to her college sweetheart, Mark, since 1994. Born and raised in Ohio, they moved to MI and Georgia before settling in Frederick in 2002. She enjoys hanging out with friends, lounging on the computer and digital scrapbooking. She joined in August 2008 and has thoroughly enjoyed meeting new friends and participating in the many FM activities.
